Back To Reality

Back from Reading festival peoples!
Well I came back on Monday morning, but have been getting over the Reading blues :(
I've taken a couple of photos which should be getting developed tomorrow, I'll put some up as soon as possible :)
When I returned, I noticed that I've got a few more followers! So thankyou!
Since I've been home from another amazing Reading weekend, I've started to get into 'Autumn Mode' which means putting on jumpers and jeans again.
I've been looking at a couple of my favourite items from one  fall collection in particular..

gorgeous..I literally cannot wait to start wearing coats again.
One more thing before I go, DOGTOOTH.. get your hands on the pattern and start wearing it!

50's Pinup!

Finally! I've found the perfect outfit to do for a 50's pinup inspired look.
Due to a bad hair day, I added the hat haha, hopefully I've still managed to achieve the look!
I've always thought that the 50's was such a glamorous and beautiful era, and even though I've added some short shorts (which I bought today at a car boot sale) I still think it can look classic and vintage. I also added some red lipstick which is very 50's!
I hope you like it!

Leopard Print and a Hat

It looks like I'm doing a Michael Jackson pose in some of these pictures.. but it's still showing the garments!
Okay, so leopard print is looking big again this Autumn! and so are block high heels (which finally arrived in the post today yay!) I paired the hat with it to bring a more glamorous look to it!

Like I Said I Would

...I said I'd post a new look on lookbook yesterday with the primark poncho, so I have!
The jeans are from H&M and the clutch brown bag is from a charity shop which is a favorite of mine  because the leather is weaved together and looks wonderful!
But yes, hype?
Thankyou for following on my by the way!, I think I've followed you back :)

Shopping!

It's been a while since I last went shopping, this may be a good thing for my bank account but not for my fashion needs!
In Watford town, you can always depend on charity shops to give what you want and with my findings definitely proved this..
In Oxfam I managed to get a leopard print  shift dress/shirt for 2.99!

Also, well you probably don't know that I'm a sucker for christmas/cheesy jumpers.. so I also found a black and white damask jumper with red and green roses at the bottom for only £2

Okay, so even though summer is nearly ending, I've been trying to find  dream catcher to put in my room at night and wear in the day and today is that day! Have a look Dorothy Perkins and they should have them there.

Right, my next find was not in a charity shop but in Primark..and they've definitely got a lot better since I last went in there, they have the most amazing festival clothes and chiffon dresses!

I found this gorgeous poncho/jumper in there for £12 which I will be wearing tomorrow for my new look on lookbook!

If any of you have looked on my eBay lately, you might be interested to know that I'm selling a pair of Topshop inspired heels which were used in my 60's Monochrome post! so have a watch if your interested.
Hope your having a good summer my lovely's xx
P.S.

Staying Classy

G'day vintage lovers.
It's not the best of times in London at the moment, but that doesn't mean we can't carry on with what most of us Brits do best (well some of us), being classy!
I get asked a lot of the time, how you can dress classy when you don't have the money to find fancy things?
CHARITY SHOPS of course!
I've found lots of classy clothing in charity shops whilst only spending up to £4, so there's a way for it to be done!
But anyway, over the years of admiring ladies such as Audrey Hepburn and Grace Kelly, I have 4 key ways which lead towards a classy woman..
1.  Decide which assets to show off! The legs or the upper body.. shift dresses are perfect!
2. Wearing black! subtle and it goes with everything!
3. The perfect bag, I've had my eye on this bag for months and I still can't find it anywhere without it being over £75. It's a Fiorelli Hepburn inspired holdall leather bag which I feel is perfect to complete a classy look.

4. And the last little tip is making sure the clothes fit! If your wearing a tight fitting top with just jeans then throw a detailed cardigan over the top or a kimono! yes!
Anyway, I thought this post might be quite helpful :)
New look up soon.promise!

L'espagnol

I haven't gone to Spain or anything, I just thought this look had a kind of Spanish feel to it, but you can decide that for yourself :)
Having a good summer?
Alrighty then, well I haven't posted a look for a couple of days so I really need to put some more up!
This is one of my favorite tops which I bought from a charity shop, as you can see it's sort of a dark orangey color with large open sleeves and a flowery pattern through the middle.
I'm wearing it with another pair of high-waisted light denim shorts which I bought from a car boot sale, however they were not frayed in the first place; I cut them and then pulled at the ends.

Glasses from Camden and the shoes are from ASOS!
P.S. I'm selling some more things on eBay so if you go down the page there's a link to the site!
As always, thankyou for following :)
